So an introduction?

Bonjour, this is Serena. I’m not 100% sure why I’m doing this, but I thought about this is for a bit and frankly, why the hell not. So here goes.

I’m attending university, working for my arts degree with a major in Art&Design and a minor in French language. I was originally in sciences, but it wasn’t for me.
Music is a large part of who I am. I studied piano for many years, getting my Gr.10 RCM certificate about 3 years ago (and I’m super proud of it, even though it caused some misery ^^;; ). After that, I picked up the clarinette in high school.
I’m choosing to pursue my very first dream of becoming an artist, even if it’s not going to be my full-time job. Don’t worry! I have a back-up plan for all of this.
My current favourite bands/musicians are: Muse, Keane, Lady Gaga, Coldplay, 3 Gars su’l Sofa, Damian Robitaille, David Choi, Mika, and Jack Johnson.
My favourite colour is yellow.
My favourite food is my uncle’s sunshine maki, which is scallops, fish roe, and mayo on the inside of the maki and raw salmon around it.
Recently, my drink of choice (when I’m at home) is a nice cup of tea. Mostly Earl Grey, or some variation of it.
Despite loving art, I’m still a big geek.
My friends agree that I’m a constant talker, and can be very amusing until I just get annoying.
I’m horribly pretentious. This is a joke, but not really.
I’ve met so many fabulous people thanks to tumblr and LJ, and I don’t care that it’s over the internet. /cheese
